Refund policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Telia does not allow cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders placed are final and cannot be changed after submission.

Return/Exchange Policy:
Telia does not allow returns. 

Lost shipments from doorsteps/mailboxes/parcels are NOT the responsibility of TELIA and claims must be made by the customer to the appropriate carrier.
